I have been teaching in Central Florida's public schools for ten years. In this time I have taught elementary and high school level and have been involved in numerous extra curricula activities, ranging from history club sponsor, dance teacher, and the Varsity cheer coach. I currently teach 11th grade AP American history and work as the American History lead for our team. I have had the opportunity to present at Social Studies conferences throughout the nation and have attended Colloquiums and trainings through Bill of Rights Institute, Liberty Fund, and the Florida Council for Humanities. I received such honors as the Sallie Mae 1st Year Teacher Award, the Buschwald Fellowship Scholarship from Ashland University, and the "Teaching American History" Grant. Show less

Through the years I have worked at Disney I have had opportunities ranging from attractions hostess at "The World Famous Jungle Cruise, " Human Resources Facilitator, entertainment trainer, performing in daily and holiday parades, area park meet and greets, special event performer and coordinator, and had the amazing chance of touring the East coast of the United States performing in their 25th Anniversary Magical Memory Tour.
