ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESINSPECTION ACTIVITIES:▪ Performing product inspection checks and ensure products are complyingwith the approved quality acceptance criteria.▪ Authorizing acceptance/rejection of all incoming, in process and finaldelivery of materials.▪ Ensuring random inspection is carried out in every production stage.▪ Ensuring inspection and test equipment used is calibrated.▪ Performing Mock-up inspection checks, Sealant test reports and providingobservation reports.DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING ACTIVITIES:▪ Preparing and compiling daily inspection output/monitoring.▪ Preparing quality observation reports, Test reports, non-conformity reports& Material discrepancy reports.▪ Ensuring and assisting QA/QC Engineer in monitoring, follow-up and closingof NCR.▪ Ensuring final inspection report is prepared prior to product release/delivery.

ASSISTANT PRODUCTION ENGINEER

ROLESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:▪ Assign targets to foreman/workers while ensuring proper planning of labourand make sure that the targets are achieved.▪ Propose efficient production lines and techniques for increasing productivity.▪ Coordinate with the projects department for the project plan anddeadlines to plan the production accordingly.▪ Coordinate immediately with the reporting manager for any machine maintenance/Repair.▪ Coordinate with technical office for any technical clarifications to avoid delay of works.▪ Production program to be prepared as per the priorities and targets to be fulfilled as per the project plan.
