Olly Mardling
Toyosi can turn her hand to a range of agency related tasks and demonstrates an impressive ability to quickly acquire the necessary skills to deliver a project, learning new tools and developing effective processes on the fly. One great example was working on a large government portal for the Security Industry Association, a complex and stressful project where Toyosi was required to learn Axure over a weekend. Not only had she mastered the basics and able to assist me in the development of a fully interactive prototype, but has now taken on a number of similar projects single-handedly. Toyosi is equally adept at building out smooth UX processes as she is defining the information architecture of a digital product or platform. She knows her way around Content Management Systems and can code basic HTML & CSS which has been proven to be an invaluable asset. Toyosi has had a broad set of project experiences so far in her career, and though she is still (infuriatingly young) she has an impressively diverse skillset at her disposal. I expect her to go on to great things.

On one of the projects I assisted her with she had to handle multiple, multisite, multidomain Wordpress installations employing multilingual content with multiple, non-Latin character sets, yet she took intimidating complexity in her stride. And she's good with clients. My life as a developer is definitely made easier when Toyosi is on a project.
