  I am currently working as a senior member for the club, over the year I been working with the core team to launch 2 national events, mainly working in Management and Sponsorship departments. I am also one of the Emcees of the club, being the emcee in Optimiy 2021 finale, also I have conducted multiple seminars and workshops for the club affiliating with some prestigious companies like banglalink and others across the county. Though working in departments like sponsorship l got the privilege to work with over 50 clubs that includes 20 prestigious clubs under the banner of NSU and other clubs across the country, this also helped me develop my negotiation skills as i have also had the privilege to bring sponsors like, Bengal Express for the club. Other than that I have personally managed and hosted multiple small events for the club, such as AGM's, Annual picnics and many more that might not look that much but it has really helped to learn how do deal with different types of people, how to tackle any unwanted situations and how to efficiently organize something.
