Jag träffade Tove när jag påbörjade mitt uppdrag som HR-chef på Oscar Properties i november 2016. Tove var vid den tiden ansvarig för bolagets digitala plattformar och den externa kommunikationen. Tove har en enastående förmåga att hålla många bollar i luften samtidigt och också att vara tydlig med vad som krävs för att få processer framåt, varför hon är ypperligt bra lämpad i koordinerande roller.
