  As Finance Manager/Business Controller the tasks at the hotel has been many and very various, not limited to numbers and financial reporting/budgeting (althought getting the reveneue in and retaining through good cost control has been a continous task in the tight hotel market of Trondheim). The complexity of a large hotel with many outlets and different kinds of people, has given me numerous giving challenges in keeping the operation up to date with both local authorities rules and regulations as well as Rezidor policies. As next in charge (from March 2012) I have been involved in all processes at the hotel and have also been holding the local outsourcing contracts (terms/conditions and following up on delivery). I have worked with very skilled Heads of Departments, and together we have developed Business Plans implemented throughout the organization. A Hoteliers mind set of keeping high standards in delivering service to guests and collegues will be with me in my future challenges.
