I worked with Vijay for more than 7 years at Koelnmesse Pte Ltd and even though we crossed hairs at times, it was always for the greater good: successful conferences and trade fairs for our clients and partners. Vijay really is a guy who does not take no for an answer and will jump through hoops to find solutions that meet his clients' needs. I've always been impressed by his creativity in developing custom sponsorship packages as well as his persistence in pursuing new and existing leads. He's definitely not a yes man and will challenge (always politely) other team members' ideas if they don't feel right for him. I highly recommend him and would welcome him back to our team any time.
