Great Chef, for a while we worked both for the H.M. the Sultan of Brunei where he worked as Exec. Chef at the Empire in Brunei and I was the GM of the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa in Bali. I have interacted with Torsten both professionally as well as personally and I am happy to call him a good friend today.
