Hobby store selling radio-controlled models. The store was established to create growth in the store Musikkverket by adding new inventory. It was established as its own department. The main brands were/are Kyosho and Traxxas. The stores were later sold to Hobbycom AS, where I own 34%. The customer portfolio increased, and it created a need to offer our customers an arena where they could drive and exercise their hobby. In 2008 I took the initiative to start the club Moss RC Bilklubb, and since 2012 I have worked as the Chairman in the club. The club has access to an amazing indoor construction measuring 700 square meters, with 3 different lanes, canteen, workshop and a tinkering room. See more at: www.mossrc.no. The store was sold in 2011.

I established Musikkverket AS as a Retail Chain in 1997. It reached 62 stores all over Norway, with a turnover of 350 million Norwegian kroner. Care areas: music, film, games, technical hobby. The retailer was built on the franchise concept where the retailer did not own any of the stores. The retailer had its name changed to PlayCom & Musikkverket, where both PlayCom and Musikkverket’s brand names were in use. The first store was established by me at Mosseporten Senter in 1989. I owned 2 stores in Moss that were connected to the retail. The turnover in Moss was approximately 20 million Norwegian kroner at its best. The stores were liquidated in 2006 and 2007 as a result of failure in demand for physical digital media. The retail office was later liquidated in 2012. There still exist stores with both brand names today.
