I focus in the direct hire placement of manufacturing professionals. Most of my placements are engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality related, but in support of my clients can source and place in EHS, HR, Accounting and Finance, and Sales/Marketing/Product functions. My work ranges from early career engineers to highly seasoned Vice Presidents on a fairly national basis. I most enjoy strategic and transformative leadership roles that go beyond specific technical skills to influencing and inspiring others to greater performance and results.In my current role, I lead the training and on-boarding efforts for newer recruiters in addition to supporting my clients. Additionally, I coordinate many of the marketing and technology functions for our fantastic office.20+ years into this career, I can truly say I love this business as much as ever.
