I worked with Tormod for near on a decade and he has always been extremely supportive throughout. The knowledge and experience he has accumulated over this time has made him a valuable colleague but above that is his approach. He constantly seeks to do the right thing and is keen to explore the options in a collaborative way. He will always adapt to suit his audience and make them feel comfortable. He is accepting of others views and will explore the merits of all points through positive and engaging communication. He sees the value in supporting others to succeed and will go out of his way to provide the support and coaching. At all times he has the team success in mind above his own. If you have the opportunity to connect with Tormod, I know you will value these attribute as I have.

Tormod is a fantastic all round engineer. Whilst his specialty is in networking, he is always keen and able to learn new skills, such as in Unix/Linux systems administration and more recently Cloud technologies. He is very dependable, always able to get the job done and keeps calm under pressure. Whilst at Paywizard, I had the pleasure of working alongside Tormod in my capacity as a Cloud Systems Tech Lead, a role which was made easier with Tormod being a trusted adviser and someone who could cover in my absence. His sense of humour always kept team spirits high. Tormod works well with colleagues in all areas of the business which is a great asset when understanding the requirements of a work ticket, whether it is a business change request, in infrastructure change or working with the development team for a deployment. He takes the time to analyse the request and ensures that it is a good approach and complies with security policies. As a team member or a leader, Tormod would be a great asset to any team.
