Had the sole responsibility of migrating two major applications. Moving from Java 5 to 8, Spring 2 to Spring 4, updating dependencies, setting up CI/CD, refactoring code, externalising application configuration with Chef, and more. Additionally did a lot of devops work and eventually became an SME in the project and was promoted to senior in a matter of months.
