I can't say enough good things about Tori as a partner to (and champion for) clients, as a leader, and as a person. As a partner to our clients, Tori, first and foremost, strove always to work consultatively, lead with questions, guide without pressing, and act with the best interest and needs of each individual client in mind. Rather than rely on what worked before or for a different client, Tori dug in to ensure she understood the specific pain point being addressed and that the client was supported throughout all parts of the process. Every time I sat on a call with Tori, I learned more about how to conduct a needs assessment through gentle questioning and conversation, provide solutions tailored to that individual need, and how to be a good partner. As a leader, I learned an enormous amount not just from her guidance but also from watching her guide others. Tori helped me learn how to better understand my own time management needs, collaborate effectively (both internally and externally), and build out programs that take not just the needs of the learner but also the needs of the coach and the stakeholder into consideration. She gave feedback that was growth oriented and always ensured I felt supported, including by creating a comfortable and safe channel for upward feedback. She made sure that I had space to try new things without consequences if they didn't go the way I'd thought. Overall, an exceptional leader. Finally, on a personal note, Tori is thoughtful, kind, and considerate. She goes out of her way to ensure all members of her team are seen and heard, and she was a pleasure to work for. I genuinely looked forward to our 1:1s, which is something I'm confident not everyone can say. I cannot recommend Tori highly enough. She's an exceptional partner to her own team and to all of those with whom she works. She is sorely missed!
