I'm married to my best friend, Matt, who tours full time with his band I am They. We have two beautiful kids together, Micaiah and Amara. Our little family lives on 40 beautiful acres of rolling country hills just south of Nashivlle, TN. I own a virtual health and wellness business with Arbonne as a Regional Vice President. My online business has given me the freedom to explore my other passions like speaking, writing, and coaching.
