I have been in the grocery industry for eleven years, and am versed in olive oils, vinegars, specialty baking, international, gluten free, probiotic, gourmet sauces, even kosher foods. -As a craft beer and wine consultant I have made it my passion to learn about products from around the world. I am well versed in the different craft beers available around the world, and there are always new beers being constructed.
