Capstone project description: • Development of a drop-in program for transition-age youth who are alumni or current students of OTTP• Program was based on the clubhouse model and provided a safe space and opportunities for occupational exploration, life skills, peer mentoring, and healthy relationship building• Outcome: The youth who attended reported their mood increased, enjoyed the activities, made new friends, and felt it was an overall safe space to explore new activities, and discuss symptoms, world news, or other topics• This project continued to be implemented at OTTP-SF after completion of capstone and became a funded program in the summer of 2020 • This capstone project was selected to be presented at the AOTA 2020 conference
