I employed Torhalla as a Project Officer and found her to be an immeasurable asset. During this time she demonstrated an excellent work ethic, the ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver the project outcomes over and above that required for the project. I will always remember Torhalla stepping into the breach when the other Project Officer I had employed was not performing. When advised of the issue she delivered their outcomes as well as her own, with no fuss, no complaint, she just did it which is just like Torhalla, she gets the job done. I have the utmost respect for Torhalla and will always be grateful that we found her, her project work was amazing and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any employer with no reservations. She is an asset to any team.
