Glacier 360 is a 290 km ride around Langjökull Glacier in Iceland. You start at Geysir geothermal area and finish off at Gullfoss waterfall. We race in three stages, one stage for each day of the race. It all comes down to dealing with long distances in the rough but majestic Icelandic highlands. For this challenge you can expect anything and everything to happen, weather and conditions can vary from one minute to the other and unforeseen situations are a part of the challenge. The terrain is diverse, you'll find it all, smooth and a bit rugged gravel roads, flowy and fun turns, a few steep climbs, easygoing dirt single tracks and rivers to cross (not on bridges but with support).

Whale Safari is Reykavik's and Akureyri´s only small groups whale watching tour operator. Our specially constructed RIB boats are made to get you as close as possible to the whales, dolphins and puffins of the Faxaflói Bay and the famous Eyjafjord humpbacks. Our RIBS only seat 12 passengers per boat, each with an expert whale watching guide and captain on board.All our small group tours are real ocean safaris and the ride on our 450 to 700 horsepower boats is an adventure in itself. On our Reykjavík tours we also visit the puffins when they are in season before searching for the minke and humpback whales, we even do a sightseeing tour of Reykjavík from the sea front. On our Akureyri tours explore the deepest and most beautiful fjord in Iceland before searching for the famous "Eyjafjord Humpbacks" Oh! And both these tours only less take then two hours.We see whales and/or dolphins on more then 92% of our tours. If we don´t see whales or dolphins on your tour you can try again for free on the Whale Watching Classic or Akureyri Whale Watching any time you like.Our ticket office and service centers are located in the Old Harbour of downtown Reykjavík and next to the Hof Cultural Centre in downtown Akureyri and are open from 8:00-20:00 during the season.Whale and wild life tours are operated up to 7 times a day, everyday from the 15th of April to the 31st of October. Originally founded in early 1980s we started rafting on the Hvítá glacier river in South-Iceland and in the late 1990s we started rafting the East and West Jökulsár glacier rivers in North Iceland.
