I have been collaborating with Tore on many different occations and in many different projects. Tore is a hardworking, dedicated teammember. He is one of the most passionate collegues I have met, and when Tore is dedicated to a project, he accomplishes everything this mind is set to. He is visionary, always bringing new ideas and is solution-fixed, rather than focusing on problems. Tore is a natural-born leader, and has a great way of making everyone in a group use their skills and abilities to their fullest. He has a keen eye on keeping the group focused on a goal, while keeping a great work mentality. As a Doctor, Tore sets the patient first and himself second. He has a great way of conecting with patients, and understands the deep layers of social interaction that is neccesary to facilitate the correct treatment.
