As a Project Lead for an innovation project, I am currently leading the development of a new approach to planning railway construction projects. Instead of using traditional methods, we are combining construction planning with gaming technologies to create realistic simulations and evaluations in a 5D environment. My responsibilities include setting the development strategy, aligning it to our company needs across markets, requirement engineering and resource management.
