  Website navigational efficiency, businessman, entrepreneurial, futurist. One of my better talents is analyzing websites to make sure they are "frictionless' for the customer to use. This is the most critical component for every website; it is scary how many sites do not address this essential need. It is a hidden thing. I help enable the sites, thru proper design, to be navigationally smooth and easy, effortless, ergonomically satisfying to operate. If a site is frustrating to a customer, even if ever so little, you will usually loose them. Humans are very impatient; they want instant everything. Anxiety lurks sinisterly over all buyers and customers. Designers/programmers produce functions, but these functions are usually laden with hidden 'friction' to the buyer. This creates anxiety in the user, the silent killer of websites. I am sure you have experienced it yourself. I help point these areas out so the designer can correct the potholed faults. People spend a lot of money on websites but usually do not work with someone like me to 'complete' the efficiency of the end product, to make it 'frictionless'. I was trained to 'see' while an art major at one of the few accredited art universities in the country, Auburn. (War Eagle)
