  My responsibility include helping Importers/Exporters meet customs requirements for international shipments. responsible for compliance with trade law and regulation. Advising client on proper import-export procedures. Submits all necessary document to clear goods that enter Vanuatu. Using commercial invoice to prepare the entry forms that includes shipment information such as the classification codes, country of origin, weights & quantities.Transmit the information to customs electronically via Vanuatu ASYCUDAWORLD. I assists clients in securing paperwork needed to qualify imports for trade programs such as the Melanesian Spearhead Group Trade Agreement & Quarantine & Inspection Application to Imports/Exports. Calculates the amount of duties and fees due on the entry. Retain all documents related to Customs Regulations in an orderly, itemized manner for at least five years from the date of entry.
