  Department of agricultural sciences, Agrichar research group. Hiilipuisto-project is focused on scientifically assessing and demonstrating suitability of biochar use in urban green infrastructure and especially for urban tree growing media. In Hiilipuisto project I've been assembling information and materials about project for future use, conducted measurements in experimental site and analysed growing media hydrological properties. Moreover, I participated in writing a peer reviewed policy brief article for scientific journal and a popular science article for professional magazine. I also did my masters thesis in this project. Mahegraanul-project is focused on developing agricultural fertilizer from recycled industry side streams. In this project I've conducted laboratory analyses for determining fertilizer and plant chemical compositions, liming equivalence analyses, incubation experiment and participated in greenhouse experiment and reporting of the project.
