I have been working with Morten for some years in the mobile devices site in Aalborg, in different departments. I had the priviledge to work closely with him when we were both supporting on-site production of a mobile phone (China). He was a very competent engineer who was extremely engaged, both in his tasks but also in other tasks that "fell" in his board. Even though most were out of his core competency, he was able to learn fast and solve them as smoothly as he had been working with them for years. He was also very dedicated and never had any problems to come very early in the morning or stay until late in the night, when necessary. Even with the long working days, it was always fun to be around him, also when we had some free time. He is very open minded to other's ideas and suggestions, making him a natural team player, who easily integrates in any team.
