The team were an absolute joy, working within a tight budget and brief. Even with last minute changes (which happened up until 4pm on the day of the dinner) everything was dealt with quietly and without a fuss. The food was sensational, wine choices perfect and staff hardworking and flexible. Would I work with Tony and his team again? Absolutely, in a heart beat.
