I had the great opportunity to be mentored by Tony as part of the 30% Club programme. The objective of this programme is to increase female representation on Boards. I found Tony to be very insightful, objective and inclusive. Tony shared some great tips and insights on how to communicate with impact and manage senior stakeholders. Over the course of 9 months or so, Tony demonstrated commitment, empathy and support towards my career aspirations, sharing wise insights of how best to position messaging to be more effective as an aspiring senior leader. I enjoyed and learnt a lot from the coaching sessions with Tony.
