  Wow! What a place. I am so thrilled to working at Milbrandt Architects in the role of Senior Project Architect. My background is in designing and working on all manner of high quality housing from the smallest cottage to large apartment buildings. As a new leader in design at Milbrandt Architects I am thrilled by the opportunity that this company affords me. They are an outstanding company with a surprisingly deep bench of talent. And a very broad and exciting client base. I am daily amazed by the skill sets that this company has under one roof. What I find so refreshing about my new work home is that, without exception, the staff is 100% committed to doing quality work with no distraction from this core mission. Coming to work here is a daily joy. I think that this company is one of the best companies that someone could possibly hire for their architectural project. That sounds like hyperbole, but it is not. The culture of the of this gem of an architectural firm is one of a team of trusted friends all working together for a great goal which is one of extreme dedication to quality work for the client. Several times I have heard leaders talk about looking out for our clients best interest be it for cost, design, or quality documents. Long ago this company took the radical step of completely rewriting the CAD program staff uses, practically from the ground up. Because of this Milbrandt Architects can put together documents faster and more accurately than I ever dreamed was possible. In a prior life, I did a lot of quality control to stay on top of drafting errors that I thought were inevitable from inexperienced staff. That is simply not needed here to the same degree I have had to do before. There are two reasons for that. One is this CAD program that truly is amazing compared to the out of the box product that most competitors use and two the staff has all bean here for a long time owing to the exceptional culture I have found here.
