Tony has an eye for design and what stands out within an industry. He’s a great collaborator between departments and always ready to lend a hand. I enjoyed working with Tony and recommend him to anyone who needs a stellar designer and team player.

This is one of the good guys. Period. Punctual, flexible creative and very effective imaging and complex adobe usage.

It gives me great pleasure to write this recommendation for Tony Garcia. I was the Associate Creative Director at Regenerative Medicine Solutions. I inherited Tony from two previous CD's. When I took over the department he was promoted from an intern to a full time graphic designer. During a time of rapid growth for our company, one of the first qualities I observed in Tony was his impeccable work ethic. Tony helped me wrangle and organize what was previously a production environment that was in complete disarray. Whatever projects I assigned to him, I could always rely on Tony to stay on task and on deadline. No micro-management required. Tony is the consummate student, always eager to learn and quick to acquire new skills. Whenever new creative for a campaign was introduced, Tony would easily adapt to my vision and would often provide additional value—always on brand—while thinking beyond the creative brief. Tony is also a mentor and teacher in his own right. As our department expanded I could depend on Tony to assist with the on-boarding of new talent. Tony is humble, well-liked and quick-witted. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Heck, one day, I might even be willing to work for him. To call Tony my right hand man would be too modest. Tony was my lieutenant. When it was his turn to lead the department, he assumed the role with zero friction. He learned how to lead by knowing how to follow. Tony Garcia is groomed for success. Hire this man.
