Tony is one of those rare faculty members that are truly student-centered. His teaching method involves introducing key concepts in class and providing students with extra curricular opportunities to further apply in-class material. For example, he provided various opportunities for all of his students to view the presidential debates as a group while participating in peer-to-peer discussions. To attest to the fact that Tony is student-centered, every semester many of the students in my classes provide positive comments on Tony's teaching approaches.

Beginning in January of 2010, I came aboard to handle the dual-credit American Government classes for our partnership with a local charter school, which I continue to do. In SU 2010, I created a survey-level criminal law class for digital forensics students: I comprise 100% of the political science faculty. Fascinating new students and an incredible work environment! Seriously. Beginning in January of 2010, I came aboard to handle the dual-credit American Government classes for our partnership with a local charter school, which I continue to do.
