Our Driving School is the largest driving school in SE Qld and also the largest RACQ APPROVED DRIVIING SCHOOL. With some 60 instructors and 12,000 customers per year the success of the business was dependant on the business platform developed by Elpo Technology Pty Ltd. Increased instructor productivity and engagement, superior customer experience and focus on corporate goals and values underpinned the success. Disrupting the low margin, stale and fragmented industry was our goal which we achieved. Our development and implementation of technology helped deliver the results. Achieving self-service channel adoption to deliver 55% to 65% (varied across local markets) of sales. A centralised contact centre based on the Gold Coast and the extensive use of cloud technology provided an efficient approach to manage a geographically diverse business and the field force.
