Bio
Naren Rajasingam
Tony is somehow capable of crystalizing the very essence of a need of a problem in a manner more advanced than of most people I know. He has the ability to articulate that need, goal or shortcoming in a way that makes it easy for lesser minions like myself to come up with solutions that meet the requirements. I first met him when I was assigned to resolve a problem for a major banking application which I knew nothing about. Although I felt that I was the wrong choice for resolving that issue, he was able to clarify and articulate the very essence of the problem they were facing in such a way that i was able to easily resolve that problem for the bank and IBM. Tony became my mentor after that and a good friend. We are worlds apart and yet are able to resume our relationship as if no time has past, and that indeed, is a privilege and a blessing. I wish him all the very best for he certainly has so much to offer yet 🙂
Claus Torp Jensen
"Always on top of things" is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Tony. I had the pleasure of working closely with Tony during my seven years at IBM, and in a different type of professional relationship after joining Aetna. Tony's ability to juggle multiple activities is impressive, and he always manages to keep things running smoothly and cost effectively in a seemingly effortless way - we all know how hard that really is of course! As one of the best architects I know, Tony is perpetually the instigator and organizer of a large number of innovation and delivery activities. Always friendly and always good for some friendly advice, Tony is an asset to any team!
