 Member of the executive team that was responsible for revenue growth of more than $600mm in a three-year period. An increase of 375%. Developed and implemented strategies to support a 500% increase in number of customer orders to over 7 million transaction per year without any negative impacts on existing users or significant increase to the IT budget. Managed an annual IT budget of over $30mm including contract negotiations with companies like Microsoft and EMC. Managed an IT organization with over 100 employees, with over 50% having tenure of 7 years or more. Developed and implemented strategies to support growing web and mobile user base. Applications were used by over 750,000 unique users.  Launched and supported users and offices in 12 countries including South America, Southeast Asia and China. Successfully executed an organizational change from a more traditional IT organization to a customer and business partner centered one increasing productivity by 50% with no additional IT spend.  Provided support for and oversight of ERP implementation project using Dynamics AX that was responsible for processing over 100mm transactions per year. Implemented methodology changes from waterfall to Agile/Scrum creating nimbler teams that were better able to support business needs by completing requests faster and with better results.  Successfully designed and implemented disaster recovery strategy and created an offsite continuing operations center to ensure business continuity. Developed and initiated enterprise level project to move assets from on premises resources to cloud based systems in order to reduce risk and improve end user experience.
