I am writing this letter in support of Jun Seok Bae. My association with Jun Seok Bae stems from my position as Director of Innovation for Inven Global, the English-language instantiation of Inven-Korea, the largest Esports and game media site in South Korea. I know him from my time in South Korea and through his residency in Irvine, California, with Inven Global. When I consider the skills and attributes necessary for success in the ever-evolving field of entertainment technology, and its related myriad aspects of interactive digital media and animation, Jun Seok comes forth as the complete package. Perhaps even more important is noting Jun Seok’s genuine enthusiasm, care and devotion for project and mission objectives. He realizes that what we are doing in the entertainment industry goes well beyond the traditional definition of the term. The demarcation between entertainment, experience, and education has never been more obfuscated – and that is for the good. Jun Seok represents the true 21st Century human: a dynamic amalgam of artist, humanitarian, technologist, and global citizen. It is easy for me to envision Jun Seok developing into a top-notch professor, but one whose interest and focus is on the research, development, and implementation of ideas and products that will impact and better the world. I seldom give anyone my unqualified highest recommendation, but Jun Seok Bae Yoo deserves it. I am honored to count him as a colleague and to know he considers me to be a mentor. You would do well to consider and add him to your team. Respectfully Submitted, Don Marinelli, Ph.D., Professor of Drama & Arts Management (Retired) Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15213; Visiting Professor, Arizona State University, Arts, Media & Engineering; Lecturer/Visiting Professor, Columbia University in the City of New York

I've worked with Jun Seok Bae extensively in the coordination and planning of the Inven Global esports conference at UCI and I can safely say it wouldn't have been possible without his presence. Whether it was staying cool in times of chaos or maintaining incredible attention to detail while juggling Korean to English translation work, Jun Seok Bae consistently demonstrated the valuable ability to adapt and tackle any problem we needed him to handle -- even if it wasn't associated with his direct expertise.
