I've had the pleasure of working closely with Tonya in my role as leader of the Board of Directors for Southeastern Indiana Voices for Children. During this time I've grown to admire her myriad skills and capabilities for leading a non-profit organization in her role as Executive Director. It's a long list, but her skills that stand out for me include: 1) her deft ability to passionately represent the interests of the children we serve, while still retaining effective relationships with those whose views sometimes conflict with hers, 2) Her ability to effectively represent the organization with a wide mix of stakeholders, including donors, government officials, and volunteers. 3) Her strong leadership and organizational skills. I could go on, but suffice to say that Tonya is among the more impressive people I've had the pleasure to work with in my career.

Tonya was one of the lead Recruiters at On Assignment. Her RN candidates were reliable and dependable. Tonya was a hard worker and respected among her nurses. She is a very energetic, motivated and focused employee and always had the reputation of the Corporation at the fore front. It was sad to see her go when she had decided to relocate. She was an asset to the On Assignment Recruitment team!
