      At Tonya's Dancefit I teach the 5 dimensions of wellness Emotional, Spiritual, Social, Physical & Intellectual are all needed for total health .There is much more than dietary and physical habits. It starts in the Mind and not the Mirror...my favorite spill.. We have Meditation, basic yoga and Pilates, with some plyometrics drills and fun fun Zumba/Dance...
