  In the past four+ years At Vocus (CallPlus, Slingshot, Orcon, Flip) I have had three primary roles that I have carried out as the company changed and grew. The primary role was as Head of Technology for Flip, This involved the building and running of the Flip Platform (4 staff, 2.5 years). The next role was as Operations Manager covering the entire network (46 staff, 1 year). Thirdly is as Network Integration manager, this role covers various aspects of integrating the many individual company network platforms.
