Now working for AT&T Life cycle management, a part of Global Customer Service. As part of an outsourced solution, I continue to work in an engineering & third line support role within a team ensuring the highest quality & reliability of services to Thomson Reuters & Refinitiv is maintained.Due to legal requirements, in 2016, migrated 1500 users in 5 middle East locations from a Dubai cluster to a European one. Since 2004 I have installed & maintained Siemens Hipath pabx's. Designed, Installed & maintained Cisco call manager from Ver 4 to Ver 11.Creating specialised scripts in Python, I have created SQL databases of 5 CUCM clusters with most of the important user & phone data in an easy to extract fashion. this has enabled partial data rebuilds on a number of occasions due to human & hardware data corruption.Capitalising on SQL skills, I've been able to move over 5000 users & phones from 5 digit dial plan to E164 & between CUCM clusters with minimal disturbance.I specialise in Cisco CUBE, Cisco Gateways, Call logging, ISDN & Unity. In 2014 I spent over 100 days in Germany, Switzerland, Italy & Ireland working autonomously & with a remote team renewing LAN infrastructure & migrating 14 locations to IPT
