  • Control AQL process at each OEM production sites to ensure product quality is met. • Technical liaison and coordination of all Blackstar manufacturing, production testing, specification of alternative parts and manufacturing improvements and cost down of existing products and ranges in development • Introduction of new and existing products at OEMs • Responsible for the delivery of colour special and limited edition projects according to the scope definition. • Conduct routine factory audits on key suppliers, looking at the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of process and systems. • Ensure adherence to the Blackstar defined quality standards. • Make effective use of the Quality Management System, specifically non-conformance (NCR), request for change (RFC) and engineering change notice (ECN), to eliminate know faults and drive continuous improvement. • Produce monthly performance reports and KPI as applicable to the role. • Continuously save cost on current products.
