  My responsibilities include oversight of the Scouting program and other BSA-related operations in Greater Annapolis and Southern Anne Arundel County. I work with parent and adult volunteers to assure that each of the district's 40+ units is able to provide a fun and exciting program that keeps youth interested, encourages their personal advancement, and instills in them the values of Scouting. My responsibilities also include marketing the scouting program to parents and youth in the community and raising funds for Council operations through the Friends of Scouting campaign. Other duties include working with volunteers and professional staff on the development and facilitation of district-level and council-level program opportunities.

  In charge of managing all summertime operations at the Baltimore Area Council's Cub Scout Resident Camp.Manage a staff of 40 employees. Responsible for off-season pre-camp preparations as well as leading a 10-person volunteer marketing team to promote camp during the off-season.
