Tony's training plans are exceptional, his attitude towards his team is impeccable and if i could use all of the superlatives in the world to give him credit i truly would. He made an extremely difficult job that slight bit easier by knowing that if ever i had any issues whether it be work or personal i knew i could go to him. Not only is he an amazing leader his is also an extremely gifted salesman and is the best IBDE i have ever seen, his knowledge with how to overcome certain situations is incredible and truly shows hit true sales knowledge and how to overcome the issues that are faced. I have often said to fellow colleagues as well as friends how great Tony is as a manager and i know that wherever his career ends up he will be successful.

Within that twelve month period I can proudly say that I have not missed a monthly appointment target that has been set for me. I work towards set KPI's and aim to surpass each one that is set. As well as having an average target achievement percentage of 101% over 2 years I have generated over £3,500,000 in revenue for the company.I have been called upon within the last twelve month to also carry out the appointments in person and I have successfully closed new business for the company. I believe my wealth of sales experience at a variety of different levels has carried me in good stead to not only competantly carry out my duties but to adapt my ability in any role that is asked of me. I have recently been called upon to contact strategic amd corporate companies. The role involves contacting some of the largest companies throughout the UK to arrange for similiar meetings for our Corporate team.Due to the success of the past twelve months as of July 2013 I will be starting in a new exciting role as an Online internal sales person. In this role I will be expected to source my own appointments and to close opportunities myself. I will be then set a revenue target for new business. After three months I was the only person left in the team and i was left to run it. I was responsible for Increasing company business through company relations. Maintaining a professional image at all times.During my time at HI distribution I was responsible for growing the company portfolio and reputation. I was responsible for generating and closing over £120,000 in new business revenue (surpassing my annual target by £70k). Hi was a large company with a family run feel and it was important to keep that accumen. Unfortunately my efforts and that of my colleagues was not enough to save the company from receivership.

I originally started as in internal arrears/accounts manager. After 12 months in the role my success on the telephone was rewarded with a promotion to Field Account Manager. The Field Account Manager position would involve having a designated geographical area that I would be responsible for managing the area. I would visit customer who were in arrears with their accounts and look at ways to resolve the issues. Debt collection and arrears management was a very challenging field to be involved in. I had to work closely to KPI's and work hard to keep my areas debt to within the percentage set by Management.It is with immense pride that I can say my Debt was one of the top performing areas within the Yorkshire area. It was a very challenging role that I enjoyed doing.

I was solely responsible for the generation of revenue for a Professional sports organisation. I was tasked with being responsible for 250 lottery agents and the income they brought in as well as several Lottery collectors.I achieved a level of success that I was extrememly proud of. When I took up the challenge, there we're 1500 people playing the lottery with a monthly revenue of £6,000. By the time I left the company the figures had increased ten fold. The club had 25 more agents and a membership total of 3648 members. This increased the monthly revenue to over £14,000. This money continued to support the club and the growth of their youth development programme. Being a supporter of the club, it is with pride that I can still see my efforts rewarding the club to this day.
