  Investigating innovative ways to synchronize closure of the "back end" commercial nuclear fuel cycle with the "front end" of the next wave of commercial reactors (i.e., small modular reactors) through regional scale reprocessing, fuel fabrication, reactor testing and deployment in rapid transportation infrastructure systems. Also promoting research and development initiatives that celebrate innovation without desiccating the brains of the researchers (see The Economist recent article, "All Work and No Pay--the Intern Boom") And while these ideas gestate, I'm growing my next career as a Certified Instructor for Spirit of Golf, which advances peak performance techniques for the athletic mind.
