Tony is one of the most truly and broadly creative people out there, and also one of the kindest. He is fabulous at ideating, leading teams, elevating creative, and selling it through, and does it all with a level of commitment and excitement that resonates through his teams and makes him a joy to work with. As a mentor, he inspires by example, and believes in and challenges you to really fuel your growth.

I truly believe in Tony. Not just because he believed in me by hiring me twice (fresh out of ad school at Leo and a few years later at Edelman), but because I’ve witnessed for the majority of my career how he can inspire, lead, and spot a brilliant idea in one second. By example alone, he has taught me to be humble during the highs, and calm in the storm of the lows (he has unlimited reserves of chill on creative Buddha levels). He has shaped my approach to creative ideation and leadership in countless ways, and has continues to be a primary mentor, inspiration and friend who I’d follow into any battle/boardroom.

I've created integrated, digital, and social programs for brands including Lay's, Aleve, Motorola, Moen, Septembeard, State Farm, Kellogg's, Thundershirt, and many others. I am equally comfortable working alone (in or out of an agency environment), executing with a partner (I know great ones), or pulling a team of talented writers, designers, art directors, and digital experts together to develop complete, street-ready campaigns. I built a team to lead award-winning integrated work (social / digital / broadcast / film / print / experiential et al) for multiple brands, including Barilla, Butterball, The 606 and Warrior Games. We dramatically transformed Edelman's creative offerings, with a fresh and unconventional approach to ad work that used the combined power of paid and earned media in a world where, let's face it, everything has to be earned whether it's paid for or not. At Arc / Leo, I served as the brand / digital / social / activation creative lead on the Purina, Whirlpool, Comcast, Coca-Cola, and Peace First accounts, and made contributions to the Hallmark, Nintendo, Walgreens, Kellogg's, DeVry, Bridgestone, MillerCoors, and P&G accounts. In my nearly ten years at the agency, I: • Led the reintroduction / reinvention of the Maytag Man for a TV / print / digital campaign • Created an Addy winning Purina Pro Plan integrated campaign that inspired… Show more At Arc / Leo, I served as the brand / digital / social / activation creative lead on the Purina, Whirlpool, Comcast, Coca-Cola, and Peace First accounts, and made contributions to the Hallmark, Nintendo, Walgreens, Kellogg's, DeVry, Bridgestone, MillerCoors, and P&G accounts. I built my chops in the business working for countless agencies to build integrated brand programs for McDonald's, United Airlines, Kraft, P&G, Target, Old Navy, and billions (okay, dozens) of other giant brands.
