Anand Rathi
I have worked with Tony for more 7+ years but my i have worked very closely with him last couple of years in managing customer issues coming from Lenovo, Fujitsu, Hitachi for the OneConnect controller product that i was responsible for. It's been a pleasure working with Tony. He is been very diligent in getting all the necessary details from the customers and he tries to reproduce the issue himself before approaching engineering for help on reproducing the issue. He collaborates really well with customers and engineering team communicating between the two seamlessly and adding a lot of value with his knowledge and observations about the issue. No customer issue has ever stayed in Tony's bucket for long, he is persistent with his followup with both customer and engineering. He has been a really fun person to work with. I find him very knowledgeable on storage and networking domain. He would be an excellent resource to any team that works with him.
