Tony worked for me as National Sales Manager for approximately 2.5 years. Immediately Tony's directive to the sales team (8 external reps) saw an increase in profit margins that previously had been sliding at an alarming rate. Tony was able to ensure the sales team worked more cohesively and from my understanding had the respect of all reps within a very short period. Tony is a tireless worker which is an attribute sadly lacking in a lot of today's Managers. He is well respected in the industry and I wish him all the best success with his new ventures.
