My main involvement on this project was the procurement of the key subcontractors for the project including Piling, RC Frame, Precast Concrete & Structural Steel.FINZELS REACH DEVELOPMENT, BRISTOL (Jan 2011 to Mar 2012) - Construction and fit out of 195nr. 1 and 2 bedroom city centre apartments including basement construction and associated external hard and soft landscaping works.ALSTOM CCGT, PEMBROKE (Sep 2009 to Dec 2010) - Construction of a 5 unit CCGT (combined cycle gas turbine) power station, including construction of all concrete foundations within the power islands and all associated groundworks and services including GRP and Bonna cooling pipework.ALSTOM CCGT, AGHADA (Nov 2007 to Aug 2009) - Construction of foundations and all associated services for a 400 MW combined cycle gas turbine. The construction works also included structural ateel and cladding to the Turbine Hall and Ancillary Buildings as well as marine works associated with the construction of the cooling water intake and outlet structures.DUNNES STORES, PATRICK STREET, CORK (Nov 2007 to Aug 2009) - Redevelopment of Dunne Stores Patrick Street flagship store. The works included demolition of the original store and reconstruction a steel frame building. External finishes included curtain walling, stone & metal cladding.

The works included demolition of the existing school and construction on the site of a tiered 5 story building. The frame was an in-situ concrete frame, with facade finishes including brickwork, curtain wall glazing, stone & metal cladding. The internal construction included construction of acoustically rated tuition rooms, office spaces and 2nr. rehearsal and performance halls. The works were constructed under a design and build contract as part of a Public Private Partnership.
