Retrofit of electrical cabinet & motion, robot/cobot & smart components implementation on a production ligne (first comissioning in 1998). Design & implementation of a new production line as a demonstrator of the "Industry 4.0". (Additive manufacturing, smart machine, cobots, AGVs, cloud supervision & control of the production, ..) As a training center, we want to support companies in their transition to the "Industry 4.0". Show less

As part of my Engineer degree I've made from Sept. 2019 to Dec. 2019 a mandatory internship in ATT, a Joint Company of Liebherr-Aerospace and Rolls-Royce. As a context, ATT was a young company and had only one process running automatically. The main topic was to think about different concepts of the "Smart Factory" with a focus on the storage/buffering and logistic between the different processes. Every factory concept made had to be able to produce automatically during the weekend (without employees). My main tasks were: -Do a market analysis of the automation & robotics market -Familiarization with the factory planning document (purchasing, process data, ...), from year 2015 to 2040 -Precise conceptualization of the robotics cells for each process -Do the layout of the complete factory (every equipment purchased), with various concepts -Perform the presentation of my work to the Executive Team -Perform a light presentation to the entire team as an introduction to the robotics & technologies that might get involved in their future factory Show less

As a part of my technical degree, we made a final year project. We were working for the company Champagne Bollinger. They had an old separating table upstream an emboxing robot but they did not know how to maintain it (Maintenance team specialized in Siemens equipment). That's why they asked to my techinical college if we were abble to redesign the electrical cabinet. So that we made it only with siemens equipment (SIMATIC ET 200SP CPU PN with 16DI, 16DQ and 2AI ST ; Brushless motors with V90 PN variators ; asynchronous motors with G120C PN variators ; a KTP 700 Basic color HMI) Mechanical & automation design & realization ; writting of specifications & reports. You'll find below some representations of this project. Show less

My tasks were : -Learn how works an ERP (Sage X3) and a MES -Set Osys to work with Sage X3 -Writting of a training support for the use of the terminals -Training of the production team with this support -Offer several solutions to implement Osys terminal on specific machines. With the help of Osys's hardware department -Assist the production team during the first weeks of the launch Show less
