      • LMS was to be used by the GM Dealership staff (Sales/Service roles) for certification training. • Managed a GM Business analyst project team of 10 during requirements, testing and training. • GM had selected a 3rd party COTS supplier to deploy a Learning Management System. Vendor was not able to deliver and provided an unacceptable system that did not meet requirements. First time positive test results were less than 25%. • I directed and guided GM Senior Leadership through a proven ‘Decision Analysis and Resolution’ tool, resulting in GM to terminate the vendor contract prior to delivering a sub-standard application at the Canadian dealerships. In the future GM decided to leverage an LMS Solution that was running in the GM dealership in the USA. • I provided all project collateral (including all forms of communication between GM and the Vendor) to the GM Canada legal department for potential litigation. • Guided the GM project team through a detailed lesson’s learned process resulting in the findings being shared with other GM project teams for awareness and learnings.
