I was a major contributor to putting Rooftop Housing ‘on the map’ amongst other Housing Associations with regard to being a leading provider of high quality well managed Gypsy and Traveller housing. . I was the chair of the Worcestershire Gypsy and Traveller Partnership and a member of the National Association of Gypsy Traveller officers. Following a housing restructure decisions were taken to no longer have dedicated staff to mange this specialist housing function, and my role was made redundant on June 30th 2016.

DIP Accommodation Team - addressed the accommodation needs of DIP service users and other Prolific or Priority Offenders. My role demanded that I work in partnership with several stakeholders, managing eight services within one building and working together as a single project.
