  The driving forces behind Decorum Partners London boast over 45 years of collective experience in the planning, supervision and execution of complex and high-quality residential and commercial construction projects at some of the most prestigious addresses in the world. We provide client representation services to the high net worth community to manage all of the details of their construction and property development projects. -PROJECT OVERSIGHT: Decorum will visit the site, obtain information as to the proposed project and work with the Client to understand their vision, goals and requirements in relation to the project as a whole. -PROJECT SCOPE & DEFINITION: Decorum will advise the Client on the proposed project goals and assist the Client in articulating their desires to the professional team tasked with delivering it. -DESIGN TEAM SELECTION & MANAGEMENT: Decorum will assist the Client with the assembly, constitution and appointment of the Design Team (including architects, interior designers, the Main Contractor, project managers, cost consultants, engineers and any further specialist sub-consultants required (landscaping, security, audio-visual etc), ensuring that the Client and project requirements are clearly communicated to them at all times. -PROJECT MANAGEMENT & WAYS OF WORKING: Decorum will attend the agreed number of Design Team Meetings and Site Visits to report upon, monitor and expedite the progress of the project in line with the Programme and Budget. -CHANGES TO PROJECT SCOPE / DELIVERABLES: Decorum will work with the Client to understand the potential cost, programme and end-result implications of any proposed changes to the project as it progresses through its various work stages.
