  Mr. Ferrell is responsible for the management of operating and capital expenditures for a portfolio of over 11,000 apartment units. This includes the oversight of capital improvements, renovations, insurance claims, and general asset quality. Mr. Ferrell also works with Bascom's partners, lenders, and management companies to manage the funding processes, construction draws, and cash flow distributions throughout the portfolio. Mr. Ferrell began his Real Estate career in 2006 as a Sales and Operations Manager for a national homebuilder and developer. He came to the Multifamily Industry in 2008 and has gained a wide variety of experience in roles with The Medve Group and Stonemark Management. Mr. Ferrell graduated from the University of North Texas with a BBA in Real Estate and is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Texas. Show less
